InBody Psych
Reclaim Connection, Healing trauma, Honoring the body, and Finding your true self
Approach -
There may be a quiet sense inside that something’s off - your body feels tense, your emotions feel big or far away, and it’s hard to feel truly present or at ease.
Maybe you’re carrying the weight of trauma, navigating emotional overwhelm, or moving through waves of depression or anxiety. You might be holding it all together on the outside while feeling stuck, shut down, or uncertain where to turn next.
You don’t have to stay in survival mode.
At InBody Psychotherapy, I offer a steady, compassionate space to begin softening the tension, honoring what your body has held, and creating space for something new. My work is grounded in nervous system awareness, trauma-informed care, and deep respect for your pace and process.
I am informed in Somatic Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—two integrative approaches that support healing through connection, curiosity, and compassion.
Somatic Therapy invites you into relationship with your body - not to fix or force, but to gently listen. Through this awareness, we support regulation, release held patterns, and create space for grounded presence.
IFS helps us explore your inner world - honoring the protective parts of you, tending to the wounded ones, and strengthening your sense of Self as calm, connected, and capable.
I offer in-person sessions in Austin, Texas, and virtual therapy throughout the state. Whether you're navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, or a longing to feel more at home in your body and your life - I’m here to walk beside you.
If you're curious about starting therapy, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if it feels like a good fit. Reach out when you're ready - I’d love to connect.
Internal Family Systems
A trauma-informed therapy that helps you heal by reconnecting with the different aspects of yourself that hold emotional pain. IFS gently guides you to understand and transform these inner voices, releasing stored trauma and resolving conflicts. This process fosters deep healing, allowing you to restore balance, release emotional burdens, and cultivate a greater sense of peace and self-compassion.
Somatic Therapy
A body-centered therapy that helps you heal by releasing stored trauma and restoring balance to your nervous system. By tuning into your body’s sensations, Somatic Therapy gently guides you in processing past experiences, helping you feel safer, more grounded, and connected. This approach fosters deep healing by releasing tension, calming emotional distress, and supporting your body’s natural ability to restore peace and resilience, allowing you to experience greater emotional well-being and inner harmony.
Mindfulness
A calming and compassionate practice that nurtures healing in both IFS and Somatic Therapy. It invites you to gently tune into your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, creating a safe space for healing to unfold. By being present with yourself, mindfulness helps you connect with your inner parts (in IFS) and release held trauma through body awareness (in Somatic Therapy), supporting emotional release, inner peace, and a deep sense of balance and self-compassion.
